Contemporary Dance Class by Eva Klimackova (France/ Slovakia)

Contemporary Dance Class

I propose technical work in a very playful and sensorial way, inspired by Body Mind Centering. I am looking for a soft quality of movement and release attach to the work of muscles. To encourage the suspension of the body I use the weight and the principle of spiral. Altering diverse possibilities of body coordination I use a lot of upside-down and spine movements. Altering speed from very slow (process of consciousness) until very fast I encourage to take a risk and to trust the body, his instinct and his pleasure of dancing.
