Composition works
Following the initiative of the group tutor Olga Zitluhina, the first full-time (four years) academic bachelor subprogram of Contemporary Dance Choreography was launched at the Latvian Academy of Culture in September of 1999. Since last year the program has become independent program of Contemporary Dance Art.
It has become a tradition to present the works of the emerging choreographers at the festival Time to Dance. After the first year of studies students presented their exam works in dance composition.
